Guys, you are misunderstanding me. I know Pistorius is guilty and the break-in story was a lie, but the way that I understood what the judge said was if you end the life of anyone, it's a murder.

I think the judge was indicating he should have made some attempt to determine who was behind the door and/or fire a warning shot before firing blindly into the bathroom at point blank range.

That's what a normal person would have likely done.
