Well of course not, but the discrepancy in wide receiver talent is going to have more of a direct influence to the QB position than the running game.

Even that aside, Harris is not going to be some breakout, potential NFL draft pick QB for LSU next year. He just isn't that good.

He needs to manage the game, hit the occassional intermediate route and make 3rd down and long throws when he has to.

Makes no damn sense to recruit all these "ATH" quarterbacks and try to force them to be Andrew Luck. Use Harris' feet in conjunction with Fournette and Guice.

The game should never be solely dependent on Harris' arm.
