Since the city made the hood remove the "don't cut thru our subdivision" signs - there have been 2 motorcycle cops writing tickets for speeding and stop sign running. Its running about 75% residents to 25% non-residents.

I'll second that only stupid people (takes a stupid male too) get accidentally pregnant. Or drunk people. But if you're drunk and having unprotected sex then it is assumed you are stupid.
