As far as Less is concerned there is nothing wrong with his offense. It's the players failure to execute that is the problem. You have to realize that you have a problem before you can begin to address it. This is the reason that Less won't change.

well he's not wrong per se. But the issue here is that he's the one ultimately responsible for players executing as well.
