Probably the most embarrassing half of basketball Ive watched

Ive seen a few where the score differential has been worse (though not many), but this is awful considering the opponents, the hype, the inability for one school to even seem like they know how to play.
Johnny Jones should be fired at halftime. This has nothing to do with a lack of Hornsby or Victor
Cant hit free throws, cant hit shots, can this team do anything? Cant rebound
If they cant hit open 3s, they cant score. Its pathetic
And Ben Simmons just seems like a guy that has relied on out athleting everyone else and doesnt have much real basketball talent

This team is going to have to do very well in SEC play to have a shot at the NCAAs.
The Oklahoma game is huge too.
Hopefully the SEC is considered a decently strong conference like it was last season.

Pretty sure some of our best teams in recent years were good at shooting FTs.

Was kind of an honest question, though. Since moving to Florida, can't keep up with them as much. Just seems that's a running narrative when I hear about this team.

last 8 minutes we didn't have 1 possession that we passed it more than 3 times. I understand if we are getting layups but its dribble dribble and drive an pray....but if we get a prayer answered and they foul we can't make a free throw. The announcers literally laughed at LSU towards end of half at how bad we are playing.
And Ben Simmons is getting exposed bad. If you can't stat up CoC.....i'm sorry man...

I remember growing up in the 80's and my Dad would be watching LSU BB and some of the things he said were flat out hilarious. It would be all quiet in the house and I hear from one end stuff like....

Fast forward to the 90's was even funnier when Shaq was at the FT line. Good ol Dad. I don't know why your post made me think of that, maybe it's just LSU basketball in general.

Bridgewater is just too damn small. He will never be big enough for the game he tries to play. If anything he needs to somehow develop an outside shot because he will get his shite swatted every time he gets down low

Second half isn't much better. Team isn't close to being what we thought we were getting. If Simmons thinks or if the pros thinks he is worthy of a high draft then he better go after this season. We haven't much had any players develop more than they are now.

This team is really bad right bow, but will be fine once hornsby and victor start playing.
