So how about that 8 minute drive to seal the game?

I'd imagine a lot of LSU funs were pulling their hair out, screaming for a turnover or stop so A&M could get the ball back

Should have been up by 30 at that point and that defense is a joke at A&M. It was tailor-made for us to run through it like a wet paper towel. We got plenty of turnovers and didn't capitalize on them.

Yes that's the kind of play we were missing in the 3 losses. We were basically doing that all year until the bama game. Not sure what happened but it seems as if the O-Line was the root of the problem.

Yep, that game was so vintage Les Miles, and it ironically helped save his job.

A&M was the first game the OL has been healthy since Bama.

I think you're confused. Les may not be an expert on defense or even QBs, but he's a top flight OL developer!

No, I am not

And neither should anyone else. Les is getting praised for beating A&M when we should have beaten A&M by a much larger margin. Our offense looked as bad as its ever been Saturday night and people are pretending like they didn't see it. They crashed their safeties into the box the entire night because of how predictable we were.

We were fortunate to be playing A&M at that time...BH played his worst game at home; there was one pass thrown to our TE who made a great catch and a pass in the flats to LF(great call btw)...everything else were our usual 5 running plays...would not have worked against stronger SEC defenses...

Definitely. Why Les got to ruin their narrative like that?

I think we completed a pass on that drive. That was amazing. Up to that point we had about a 30% chance of completing a pass.

It's the style of offense we should have run from the onset. It would have been nice to call that icing it, but needledick punted it 16 yards to actually still give A&M a chance. Awesome drive though. The first time since halfway through Bama that we really stuck to running out of power formations instead of the shotgun.
