I really like Miles, but whether he's a great guy or the winningest coach ever are not the right questions.
This is a highly competitive environment and the quality of his product is on a downward trajectory. You saw the performance last night: we won, but we were not good. Florida, for example would have beaten us.
The question is whether keeping Les is in the best interest of the program. Regrettably, it appears to me the game has passed him by.

Agree, and think it's health related.

I wish the administration had told Les he's still the Head Coach, but needed to hire staff to run the day to day coaching of the team. Let him be a figurehead for a few years then let him retire.
