What?......so he is a guidance counselor/social worker now?
Once again, he is a great person, but if you want your team to win you need a coach who has the ability to adapt and prepare.
So he is rich and paid to do a job (coach and win football games) and he is NOT getting it done and hasn't been for awhile, but you want to keep him because he is a father figure?
Would that fly at your job? A job that pales in comparison to his in regards to money
