you like Les as a person and hate seeing this because he's a good guy, I get that. You also agree its time for a change, there's really no nice way to do it.

You're right.. I've gotten to know him on a personal level a little bit. I just feel happy and sad.

I'm ready to see what someone can do since we are recruiting like crazy, and utilizing this talent.

But yes, I do like the dude as a person.
I wish he could become AD.
