Reading these post this week has really opened my eyes just how inept the Miles defendes really are. These people really do not understand why this decision is being made. Its not about Les being a great guy or about him consistently winning 9 games a year. Its about how his coaching style has gotten stale. Its about the fact that this program has been stuck in mediocricy for the last 3 years. A change is needed. The program needs a new voice and a new energy surrounding it. Mostly, it needs a coach whose philosphy can fit with today's college football. Les time has come and now its gone. He has and will always be beloved here. Its just time for a change.

Even if he loses out - he's averaging 10 wins per year, baw - 5 times more than 10.

ETA: You're thinking of Saban - HE was consistently winning 9 games a year here (48/5=9.6).

As a farker, I want Miles forever at LSU (or at least relevant somewhere in CFB).

As a fan who has watched handcuffed offenses squander multiple rosters loaded with NFL talent, he should have been fired after the Ole Miss Spike game '09, the Tennessee 13th man game '10, or the 1-9-12 obliteration.

I think people are concerned they are forcing a guy out and it could back fire.

At this point most of the big Miles fans have sad it's time for a change. But that doesnt mean it's time for every fan to attack him and post complete bullshite while doing it.

These recent developments have a couple of ranters very upset
1. Choctaw
2. Tigerinthehollow

I hope they will one day understand that it's for the betterment of the program.

Another lsu fan shitting on his own program's accomplishments just because he doesn't like Miles.

We have finished in the top 15 2 of the last 3 years. In no way is that mediocre.

It's also about the big money boosters and people that actually know les (not through ESPN features, fried chicken ads, and softball lobbing call in shows) know that he's a moron and hates being with his family.

It's all for the camera you sheep!
