1. Les' buyout is payable over 8 years
2. Cam's contract expires after this season(no buyout) Frank and O will LIKELY be retained by new coach or take HC jobs elsewhere (no buyout). Raymond has a good chance at being retained by new coach (no buyout if retained)
Also, in each case, the individual is REQUIRED (by contract) to seek other employment in similar jobs and the amount of pay they receive in the new job mitigates the amount owed in buyouts.
