Sadly just about all of his problems trace back to stubbornness.

His priority is playing his style of football and not winning. I know he wants to win, but not nore than he wants his brand of football to be played.

I made a fark board post almost 7 years ago with the Les Miles play sheet he probably uses on the sideline. Even that long ago, everyone knew his offense was terrible. Run, run, throw short of the sticks, punt. All runs not up the middle must be to the short side. If the box is stacked with defenders, double down on the run. So, it's time for a new mind with even moderately aggressive play calling please.
