WTH does Kip have to do with anything?
She was his campaign manager and "special" assistant for years. Kip makes businesses subcontract with her in order to get federal grant money. She gets a decent cut of the money without doing anything at all. They did the same to Rogers and Hodgkinson's business so they reported her to the state. They were supposed to testify.

Kinda wondering about how effective of a PR move this is considering Google Search returns results on articles related to her lawsuit against Scott Rogers. The link that takes you to her "digital book" is suspended on Amazon.
