I like Les. I think most that post on here are just young and full of themselves. They don't know what the lean years were like. I admit some changes need to be made, but Les is not a bad coach.

1. Let the OC have more freedom to call all the plays
2. Get a new DC.
3. Fire BDP as Special Teams Coach

1. Been needing this to happen for years but refuses to do so. Will not ever change!

2. Let a good one get away and hired a proven loser at the position. Defense has regressed.

3. Have already fired BDP in the past. After failing miserably at his next stop Miles hires him back. Once again hiring a proven loser.

Never going to happen

This one hasn't even made a full season and you want Miles to find another terrible DC?

Already has once - hired him back!!! Now that's a sound coaching decision if I ever saw one.

Geez, Les is a likeable guy but he's had 11 years to do all of the things listed above. Some things he will never do (Let the OC run the offense) and some he has failed miserably at (DC hiring decisions). This relationship is over. Time for some fresh air (and fresh gameplans to boot).
