Dude I don't hate Notre Dame or anything like some people claim to do but they need help. They went to the wire with Boston College and Virginia, two awful teams. They beat USC, well they are gonna end the season with 4 or 5 losses. Beating Stanford would be a good win but definitely not better than Okie State or Baylor, and no worse than equal to TCU. The best thing on Notre Dames resume is a close loss to Clemson. The win against Temple means little. They are good but it's Temple, the human element knows it's Temple. All of that plus not being in a conference, and way Oklahoma is going to finish with Baylor TCU Okie State I just don't see any way Notre Dame gets in over them. But that's my opinion and that's why this is a message board so people can disagree. I guess Navy and Pitt are good feathers in their cap but the wins against teams that are top 10 teams and only won't be anymore because they lose to Oklahoma is stronger IMO.

Actually, the best win on Notre Dame's resume is Navy's only loss (who will likely be a top 15 to top 10 team when all is said and done).
