I'm no fan of Jones' coaching abilities, but he wasn't out-coached in that game last March. LSU lost by 1 point at the buzzer because they missed countless shots at the glass and FTs in the final 8:00. Jones can't make the layups and FTs for them. Hell, if LSU makes just 2 FTs or one easy bucket at any point down the stretch they win the game. There are losses you can pin on Jones. That wasn't one of them.

But missing free throws shows a lack of character and JJ should have instilled character in the players Kappa
