Coaching change has to be announced asap. There is literally no reason to wait and if we retain miles alleva will have effed this class for nothing and shoukd pay for it with his job.

No reason to rush until before the weekend. Shuttling Les now will leave questions of what now for the young recruits. Wait until you an announce the coach and at least still have some commits left.
