I-94 from Fargo, ND to Bismarck, ND.
Actually, Minneapolis to Fargo is worse. Uglier countryside, and hardly any exits for the last 75 miles.
Nashville to Knoxville is brutal in the middle of the night.
I-26 from Columbia to Charleston, and visa versa, seems to take forever as well.
But, I-81 from Bristol to the Maryland state line is my least favorite drive. I make it several times a year to visit family, and it never gets any easier.
