So do y'all just not leave your house at all until your kids are potty trained? Sheesh.

DW can be a celebration of being potty trained.

That little kid can personally walk up to Mickey and tell him "I poop in a big boy toilet now"

I think Nurse may be the only person on the board who enjoys a good Disney thread more than me

Report back when your kids are old and tall enough to wait in a hour line for a two minute ride.

If you wait in line that long, you should invest a little time planning better.

I would not be against going to Disney and wouldn't mind checking out Disneyland since it's only a few hours away. There are just other trips I would rather take first. But if say my inlaws invited me to come along with them so my nephew can see Mickey(he is 4 and potty trained)...and it wouldn't break my budget...I would go

Taking a kid at 4, when they are free when 3 or younger isn't the best choice from a value standpoint, but the trip can be just as enjoyable. It's just going to cost a lot more money.

Didn't read the OP. Hate trip reports. Personal experiences are too all over the place to get much benefit out of them.

I love Disney. My son will be 3 (actually going the week before his bday so it won't cost us) next time we go. I'll be as excited as him... For him.

You said it was a waste for anyone until they were 6-7 buy with your revised standards it's a waste for anyone 3-5.

What, exactly, are you expecting from a Coca-Cola gift shop?!?!

I mean they have what around 6 islands each with 4 control heads with 8 nozzles? Why do all 6 have to be the same thing? Secondly I don't want to try the nasty Fanta type coke from that country give me some regular coke. An easy one would be Mexican coke.

2 Disney trips in about a year? There's so much for your kids to see than just Disney. Took mine last year and then went to Utah this summer. Kids don't even mention Disney. Get out and enjoy activities with your family.

We also had a steak in Canada at Epcot.

Le Cellier is one of the best spots in all of WDW.

Why would I ever do that? If you are waiting in a line more than 15-20min max you are utilizing your FP+ completely wrong.

Y'all not wanting to take young kids either have bad kids or you're impatient. I have twin girls and have taken them at 6 months and 2.5 and both times we loved our experience.

Getting up the stairs would have been easier if you'd put your 1-year old in your cargo shorts pocket.

My pregnant wife rode every ride except space mountain, tower of terror, rocking roller coaster, and Everest. She had a good time on the trip and it was her idea when we went.
Her obgyn basically oked her to ride any ride that she didn't feel would be excessively jerky or slamming her around. My wife also loathes woman who look at pregnancy as a disability.
