It's actually an awesome event where all the local businesses on government are open and have local artists and jewelers featured. Free booze and food at most locations, including food trucks.
Unfortunately it's over now (6- 10 pm) but the restaurants and bars are open for more beer.
Always amazed that more people don't know about this. Second favorite thing in BR after St Paddys
