I am trying to mount this PS4 on the left wall and run the wire to the back of the TV. How do I go about running the wire around the corner and to the back of the TV? Also, if I am able to find a tool or way to cut holes through the 2x4s what is the best way to pull the wire through?

I mounted my tv just like you have yours. I ran the cabling through the studs after I drilled them out with a hole saw back to the wall you wish to mount tbe PS4.

I had to get in my attic and repel down the chimney area to run the wires.

Ventless gas, vented gas, full stack chimney, or duct stack chimney? That will help determine how you can run the wires.

gonna have to go into the wall, straight up, then straight back down behind the TV.

First off, get you a media box.

Put it on your side wall and run some power to it. Then run your data cable up through the wall, into the attic and back down to the tv, where you should have another media box.

Why not mount the PS$ where it is? Or raise it up a litter higher and mount? Does it affect the controllers from accessing the PS4? I am asking out of ignorance not being funny.

Knowing the type of fire place you have will be helpful.

Just be prepared to drill through the header twice (up and down) and possibly fire block in the middle.

You can rent the flex bit if you need one.

I went with wireless HDMI instead of doing all of that but I have a cabinet off to the side. With your console being by itself it might not be as easy.
