Don't do anything, boot the owner.
I will never understand some people, I am in a league with a $100 buy-in and it is crazy how many people just do not give a shite. We have 2 owners right now that have completely checked out.

If you're out of it and can't lose any more money, why pay attention (other than not being a dick I mean)
That's why keeper leagues are awesome. If you're done midway, it still behoves you to pay attention and pick up guys to keep and/or trade for keepers.
