While I agree it's an annoying pattern for a team which is like my third NFL team, Mariota is the freaking truth- Winston's a boom or bust pick but Mariota if he doesn't get hurt (he's way too skinny) is the most consistently accurate college QB I ever saw including guts like Wuerffel and Manning he just hit spots every single time, his weakness is he can get beat up due to his build-- he doesn't panic mentally but physically he just can't come through if you can hit him 15-20 times in a game or at least he couldn't in college.
