The mentality of the two programs is as different as their coaches. Bama wants to dominate and will do anything (legal or otherwise) to win. Their administration supports this and it shows on the field of play. The LSU administration and Miles seem happy just to be in position to compete. If they win, great, but if they don't, it's not a life or death situation like it is in Tuscaloosa. Life for the Saban family was probably very uncomfortable last season when Ohio State beat Bama in the playoff semifinal game. I don't think that's the case for Miles. He doesn't feel that kind of pressure to win, even after 4 years of futility against Bama and the debacle of 1/9/12 still on the minds of many.
