What happened to using the tight end? I mean shite, Jeter was looking promising earlier this season, then he disappears. WTF does the offensive staff do at the meetings?

This is a mystery that has been going for years under Miles. We find something that works, then poof, you never see it again, yet we repeatedly run plays that don't work. Miles just doesn't believe in using the TE as a weapon. He's just an extra blocker in our offensive scheme.
