Here's the front yard. Bermuda kinda turning brown when I cut it shorter.

(I let it get too long now I have bails of hay )

If you want St Aug be real careful with the low cutting. It really gets stressed. I put my mower on the fifth level up and the aug does well. It doesn't appear that you have much shade there (I may be incorrect), the st aug is gonna need all the help it can get to thrive.

I used to cut low. then I reasoned that I am gonna cut every 7 days either way, so why not cut higher? less clippings etc.
