You can't for sure say that. City is fighting an uphill battle. But they have been very good at getting sponsorship to boost the clubs income because they don't generate the organic income like others do.

This is the equivalence of saying that Army is a more successful college football team than Florida.

Technically, yes I suppose. But it really has no bearing in the world we live in today.

Then they sold their good players and now they are behind Sassuolo in the Italian table. Pogba will be gone soon as well.
