You have a couple of options - one is a step down transformer that is heavy as shite. You might want to call the hotel where you're staying and see if they have any transformers or do they have dryers and straighteners they can loan guests. Otherwise, plan on buying the European ones and keep them in your travel kit.
But, high wattage stuff like that - I don't think it is even worth the trouble and hassle of bringing them because of the conflicts.
