You really should change your thread. The boy's father put his life in danger when he ran on a warrant. The marshals did not know the boy was in the vehicle, and when the driver attempted to run them over, they acted accordingly.
Your title makes it sound like they knowingly killed the young boy, which is inaccurate.

There is nothing inaccurate is misleading about it, the cops played Rambo and killed a baby, they got out of their car and started dumping rounds into the vehicle. That's cut and dry.
