I'll always remember the day/night of the Boston Bombing.
Linked with police scanners and what not.
TD was WAY AHEAD of the news outlets.
It was that night that really cemented how inept our national media was. You had anonymous posters on a message board that were hours ahead of anything reported on TV.

Yeah man I remember reading about the Boston Bombing on here and texting my wife. She didn't believe me because she didn't see anything on the news for a while at work.

I remember the OT and both Reddit incriminating the wrong people several times. Reddit so much so that they nearly ruined a few people's lives.
