Ish is not very good. But he looks competent out there right now because he's the only one attacking the paint.

The whole goal on offense should be to attack the paint constantly. Whether that is pick and roll, driving in, posting up, cutting, etc. That is the goal of any offense. Once the ball is in the paint, everything else opens up. You don't necessarily have to score in the paint. But you should be getting the ball into the paint.

Nobody is attacking the paint for the Pelicans. That's why they look like arse.
