Of coarse it wasn't the best option. They could have had Wittingham and he wanted the job too, but the AD is a pompous arse arrogant prick who thinks that he knows everything . Heck he even assigns books for his staff to read.

Losing seasons arent taken too well here in Nebraska, we have only had 2 since 1962, and more than likely this will be the 3rd one. He can finish 3-9 and have the last 3 games close losses and he will stay, but if they are brutal blowouts he will be gone. The big money donors will not stand for it.

Winning seasons don't seem to be taken too well there either.
