Chicago should hire the SC cop.

That kid holding the desk over the woman's desk has never fought anyone one on one. He's never been punched squarely in the nose. He's never received a whipping from a belt or a switch. He's never been held accountable for his actions.

Very sad. To think, that animal is going to be walking around in public freely waiting for the right time to attack some unsuspecting old man or woman and then beat his chest about how much of a bad arse he is.

Pathetic.
