It most certainly was his departure cause that was the point in time he told everyone LSU was not good enough for him! It doesn't make him evil or anything for deciding LSU was no longer the place for him, but it was a "jilt".
As for a feeling it, that ended when Miles took a 9-3, 16th ranked 04 team and turned them into a 11-2, Top 5 team in 05.
