so many have this poor attitude of i don't have to bow down to you.. yet if they would just understand it's for safety and a little respect can go much further than this assumption of profiling/racism.. then things can go much smoother..
and i don't even mean this as with only black people.. there are white people just out to prove a point and try to show a police officer up as well. i would rather just answer the question or safety commands being asked of me than further escalating the ordeal.. it's just common sense..
also, this guy was in the military. the police in general have tremendous respect for those that serve no doubt and that is just a little added bonus that is well earned imo.
i remember as a teen walking to court for a traffic ticket and a military recruiter of some sort telling me come join us and we'll take care of that ticket for you.
