Doubt it.

1. Why would people take a 2hr train ride when they can drive it in an hour?

2. Are they going to drive to all these stations? They sure won't be taking a bus.

3. No one is going to travel to any of those places from New Orleans, except maybe downtown BR, because of the absence of public transit.
