Hypothetical:
Team A trails team B by 6 with 0:10 left at the 5 yard line. Team A attempts to pass, and Team B defender throws the receiver to the ground in obvious Pass Interference, intercepts the ball, and returns it for a touchdown, leading to a 12 point victory. There is no flag on the play.
Did the absence of the flag affect the outcome of the game?
