re: What's the heaviest you've ever weighed?

Well Im 6'1 and got really fat after high school, got up to 255 two years into college. I decided I had enough of being fat and started working out hard, and eating right, I then dropped down to 193 and that was about two years ago. In those two years I have continued to eat right and workout hard, but instead of working out to lose weight I worked out to build muscle. It also helps I have some pretty big legs where probably half my body weight is.
