I don't think so at all; however, I overheard a girl at a restaurant comment that it's racist for businesses to advertise that they are "American Owned and Operated" because it suggests that their business is better than one owned by someone from overseas, simply because they are Americans.

People of all races are American citizens. Sounds like a basic bitch to me.

Funny you say that. The final Jeopardy answer/question yesterday was Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA."

Bet he wouldn't sing that today.

I'm so tired of this shite. When will it stop? People used to be proud to be American.

Xenophobic would probably be more fitting. A black person can open an "American Owned and Operated" business so it doesn't really apply to race.

Everything is racist
Everything is offensive
Everything causes cancer

Three rules to live by in today's America.

The problem lies with the dumb frick Gen X'ers that a spouting this garbage to the brainless millennials and passing it off a 'intellectual thought' - like how the people supporting gay rights were wearing a Che Guevera shirt at a protest. They have no idea who Che was or what he did, just that Zack De La Rocha wore it in a video that one time and he was angry at Bush. So deeeep, brah.

1. That's called nationalism, not racism.

2. Shaming people for having pride in our country is insane.

3. Does she think "Proud to be an American" "America the Beautiful" and "The Star Spangled Banner" are racist?
