Everyone has Schwarber's postseason in the front of their minds. But Bryant played in 82 more games. BUT, just for fun and really cherry picking all the best ESPN "stats" to linearly extrapolate, Schwarber would have hit 35 HR, drove in 94 RBI, walked 79 times and K'd 169 times in 151 games. That's about where Bryant is...except Schwarber falls short in K's (good), but bests Bryant in HR by 9 and BB by 2.

Bryant played good defense...I'm not sure what the measurables would tell me for advanced defensive statistics, but from the naked eye he was a legitimate 3B for someone who seemingly was being written off to the outfield.

I think had they both played 151 games it would have been an extremely close call...Addison Russell's bat keeps him out of the discussion, but it shouldn't. He was unbelievable in the field.
