I believe so. Again, dive into the crazy mind of the front office. They have shown they are in a win-now mode with Brees, a late late rounder wouldn't be a terrible trade for someone who fits a role for us right now. If things turn well for us towards the end of the year he might be convinced to pick up another 1 year contract, who knows?

Think what Sharper did for us in 2009, regardless of the fact that his best pickup line came from a street pharmacist. Football is a team sport, but sometimes one player can make such a difference.
