Most restaurants have no clue how to put a cheese plate together much less when to serve it- which should be after the entree and before desert.
Not to mention the horrible cheeses being served.

Correct.
With a good bottle of red, grapes, and some other type of fruit.
These people eating meat and cheese spreads as apps are hilarious.
