final solution - let everyone enjoy going by his habaitat 24/7 and quit worrying about cramming him inyo a trailer for a 5 minute trip around the stadium with 45 cheerleaders on top.

This. Apparently our tiger has anxiety issues. I enjoy seeing him in his habitat before the games. Apparently I'm not alone as the crowds are thick. We are fortunate to have such a beautiful live mascot.
