no intent on spamming. Trying to give a large number of rural folks who have no email simple email addresses. Most are pretty tech ignorant. Trying to make this as simple as possible. Each will have a different name tied to it, but I am having to verify through a phone- here is where the 10 are being limited.

Wait, they don't have phones/phone numbers to set up email but they have computers?

If they can't set up their own, how are they gonna access their email?
You should use the "I'll help you set up your email" time as the "I'll have to show you how to use it" time.
