Lost my mom a few months ago. Nothing can prepare you and your life will be terrible, Sorry. Praying helps me. Try finding whatever u can to help you because most days you will want to give up.

I just lost my mom a month ago and miss her terribly. Get some video of your Dad so you can watch it and hear his voice. Smell your Dad because one day you'll forget the way he smelled . Tell him how much he means to you and let him know you will be ok and it's ok for him to go. Good luck and prayers to you and your family . It's a heartache like no other
