you have no need for the pieces you'd be getting, neither are significant upgrades over what you've got and you're giving up a productive PPR back and what could be a difference maker down the stretch at WR.
I don't see the upside for you to make that deal, I'm not even sure why you had to ask this.

My only thoughts were that I would be upgrading my QB2 & TE2 (both would be significant upgrades)
Dez is a risk, and I could sub Lamar or Gio for Dion and it wouldn't be a huge drop off
