Unless they were taken hostage and brought to that house on Stevendale where it was set on fire to create a diversion for the suspects to flee to Hammond and dump the stolen vehicle.

okay I get it: my theory was a stretch. It now seems more and more unlikely given the fact that they were probably missing since Sunday.
