Wrong. We'll just split netflix with our friends and pay like .50 a month. And in ten years everything will be streamed in perfect HD illegally.

You guys all realize that the entertainment industry is going to get theirs in the end. Whether its the studios, the cable providers, the internet providers, the sports leagues, etc. In the end they will get the money they demand, or they simply won't put out the product anymore. You think you're being cute and trendy with your cable theft, you're not. Streamers will be identified and throttled down or charged more. One way or another the cable/ISP's are going to get their money for the billions of dollars they've sunk into the data delivery infrastructure.

No it won't. You think the NHL, or any other major sports league is going to allow millions of people to watch their content for free? Not a chance. They'll scrap those packages or track the crap out of user IDs

a few large corporations/conglomerates. thousands upon thousands of people who are out trying to figure out a way to "beat the system". tell me, who wins?

kick the ant pile in your backyard. it may be a few days or a week, but there will be another. how's the saying go, "where there is the will, there....."

the ISP's only hope is that they can leach as much money as they possibly can for as long as they can out of those still willing to pay the premiums. aka baby boomers and older.

content creators deserve money. Middle men, not so much especially since I pay for the distribution costs.
