Boykins is putting up numbers and with a win over Baylor and a playoff appearance I believe he will get a lot of hype. He's putting up video game numbers every week.

I hope in the end voters will understand that those numbers for a TCU QB is more of a system (not saying Boykins isn't good). Fournette is doing it against SEC defenses and a stacked box (assuming he keeps it up throughout the November schedule). There is zero doubt at all that Fournette is the best college football player in the NCAA, it's just will the voters look at the eye popping numbers from the TCU QB, or the overall body of work from Fournette.

I'm sure there will be a late candidate that will emerge, but they wont be able to catch LF7 if he stays at 125ish yards per game in November.

That won't be a problem. Fournette is likely to get 300 yards in less than 3 quarters against TAMU. He was at 227 with 10:28 to go in the 3rd quarter against Auburm, 158 with 10:30 to go in the 3rd against South Carolina, and would have been at 331 if that TD had hadn't been called back against Syracuse. Oh, he's definitely going over 300 in a game at least once this year.

So let's say he goes for 350 in that game, he'll only need an average of 50 yards a game against Bama, Ole Miss, and Arky to hit 125 per game in November.
