Well since you are an older Tiger faithful, I will cut you some slack and give you straight forward answer Haha And yes, it is a well known hand sign by the younger crowd. Its not an O, but a B. The B is for Buga/Buga Nation which is Fournettes nickname and following. Buga stands for "Being United Generates Attitude" which is something Fournettes mom came up with when he was younger. And if you aint Buga, then you suspect, so clearly Smith and Smith in the original picture are not suspect.
